The call for the VIII National Biennial of Literature Cruz Salmerón Acosta has begun

To honor the memory of the “martyr poet”, the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture and the National Book Center (CENAL) opened the call for the competition for the VIII Cruz Salmerón Acosta National Literature Biennial.

This was announced by the Ministry for Culture through its account on the social network Instagram, in which it stressed that the call for this edition is in the mention “Poetry Children's Literature” with a free theme.

In addition, Venezuelan and foreign writers residing in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela may participate.

He also announced that the participating works must be unpublished, that they have not been published or awarded in other competitions or that their publication is in progress.

The jury will consist of three (3) writers of recognized experience, whose names will be announced in due course. The ruling will be unappealable.

The works will be received, only, by the following email [email protected] starting with the public issuance of these rules until September 30.

The verdict of the VII Cruz Salmerón National Literature Biennial will be issued publicly through the networks of the National Book Center and its official website http://www.cenal.gob.ve.
