The Government of Anzoátegui begins this Saturday the renovation of its 2,332 communal councils

In the state of Anzoátegui, the Electoral Fair for the Renewal of Voceries of the 2,332 registered communal councils in its 21 municipalities begins this weekend, an initiative aimed at strengthening the popular organization of the territories.
In a review of the Úlmas Noticias portal, she points out that the governor's director of communes, Mildred Contreras, reported that the state currently has 1,229 communal councils with their structures fully updated in the registration system and that the spokespersons of other 1,103 communal organizations are about to expire this year, making the execution of this electoral schedule a priority.
Contreras explained that, this month of August, the Electoral Fairs for the Renewal of Voceries were formally launched directly in the territories, which will be held continuously every 15 days, to energize the process and guarantee institutional support.
As part of the immediate deployment, the electoral agenda for this weekend includes the activation of 81 communal councils distributed in 11 municipalities in the state.
He specified that the participation balance will be concentrated on 22 communal councils in the Simón Bolívar municipality (Barcelona), 12 in Sotillo (Puerto La Cruz) and 11 in Miranda (Pariaguán).
Fairs will also be held at its 2,332 communal councils in 9 communal councils in Bruzual (Clarines), 7 in Guanipa (El Tigrito), 3 in Anaco, Guanta, Santa Ana and Independencia (Orinoco City), respectively.
While in Freites (Cantaura) the election will be activated in 2 communal councils, and one in Carvajal (Guanape Valley).
The regional director of Communes specified that, of the 81 days scheduled for this weekend, 44 correspond to processes for the renewal of permanent electoral commissions, while in the remaining 37 communities direct elections will be held for the comprehensive renewal of their executive and financial spokespersons.
