The Kremlin denounces drone attack against the Russian region of Belgorod

During the night of Monday, the governor of the Russian region of Belgorod, Viacheslav Gladkov, reported that the city suffered a massive attack with Ukrainian drones, leaving one person dead and causing material damage.

Gladkov said that the deceased person is an elderly woman whose home, located in the town of Belovskoye, on the border with Ukraine, was shot directly.

In the violent act, the windows of numerous apartment buildings were broken, and several cars, commercial facilities and a gas supply pipe were damaged.

“In the morning it became known that a civilian died. During a tour of the territory of the Belgorod region, a destroyed private house was discovered in the village of Belovskoye. An elderly woman has died as a result of a direct impact on her home,” the official said on his Telegram channel.
