The Supreme Court and UCSAR sign a study cooperation agreement

The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) signed a Framework Agreement for Inter-institutional and Academic Cooperation with Universidad Católica Santa Rosa (UCSAR).

This is an agreement that will benefit the country 's judicial servants and their families and was signed by the president of the Judiciary, Caryslia Rodríguez, and the rector of the UCSAR, Carlos Boully.

The purpose of the agreement is to promote academic cooperation relations between the Judiciary and the UCSAR to consolidate an inter-institutional strategic alliance for educational purposes at all levels and modalities, in order to achieve mutual benefits for the development of human talent training in both institutions.

The First Vice President and Second Vice-President of the High Court, Judge Edgar Gavidia Rodríguez and Judge Tania D'Amelio Cardiet; the President of the Criminal Cassation Chamber, Judge Elsa Janeth Gómez Moreno; the President of the Civil Cassation Chamber, Judge Henry Timaure Tapia; and the member of the Electoral Chamber and Coordinator of the Commission on Relations of the Supreme Court with Universities and the Academy, Judge Inocencio Antonio Figueroa Arizaleta.

The Executive Director of the Judiciary, Silio Sánchez, also participated; accompanied by the vice-rectors for Postgraduate Studies, Legal Affairs and Accreditation of the UCSAR, Pedro Natera, Gustavo Martínez and Iván López, respectively.
