This Saturday, the 2024 Under-23 Football Qualifying Championship begins in Venezuela, specifically at the Brígida Iriarte stadium in the city of Caracas.

The first match, which will take place at 4:00 p.m., the Ecuadorian national team will face the Colombian team, while the second match will take place at 7:00 p.m., with Vinotinto, who will debut against Bolivia.

It is worth noting that the Venezuelan national team has 3 goalkeepers, 8 defenders, 7 midfielders and 6 strikers; it also shares group A with the teams of Brazil, Colombia, Bolivia and Ecuador; while group B is made up of Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile and Peru.

The South American teams will face each other in a round against all, in which the best two from each group will qualify for a final home run. Subsequently, the two with the most points will already qualify for the Paris Olympics, but they will be measured in the grand final to define the champion.

It should be noted that this Olympic Qualifying Championship will also be played in Valencia (Carabobo), specifically at the Misael Delgado Sports Stadium, and in Barquisimeto at the Metropolitan Stadium of Lara.
