Last Tuesday, the president of Argentina, Javier Milei, again attacked the president of the Government of Spain, Pedro Sánchez, calling him a “coward” and assuring that he sent his ministers to insult him.
The Argentine president in an interview with the television channel Todo Noticias said: “I don't use the repressive apparatus of the State to persecute... The same thing happened when the coward (Pedro Sánchez) sent all his ministers to insult me.”
Likewise, the extreme right added that Sánchez began his attacks through his Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente, who implied that in an appearance Milei seemed to be under the influence of “substances”.
“And then, since I didn't respond, he very cowardly sent women to attack me and then label me as a misogynist. Since I didn't answer, then he already joined,” he added.
In context, Milei referred to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Universities of Spain, Diana Morant, who stated that the Argentine president was an example of a “denial model” that “attacks democracy itself”, and to the second vice-president and minister of labor, Yolanda Díaz, who accused him of returning “with cutbacks and authoritarianism”
