The third day of the “Tourism Goes to School” program took place in the spaces of the historic Yellow House of Amazonas, where 30 students from the Mother Mazzarello School participated in a pedagogical journey focused on heritage and cultural identity.

During the visit, the boys and girls toured the facilities of the emblematic enclosure, learning about aspects related to the Amazonian legacy and the historical importance of the place as part of the state's heritage, according to a report by Venezolana de Televisión.

The initiative seeks to promote respect in new generations for the values that define regional identity and promote the preservation of historic spaces as part of collective memory.

The agenda will continue this Tuesday with the visit of the Cecilio Acosta School, which will participate in a new training day for the program.
