The administration of Donald Trump, the United States (USA) deepens the attack against the Palestinian People and announces that it will impose sanctions in addition to a visa ban on officials of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Palestinian National Authority (PNA), for diplomatic breaches.

These measures prevent affected people from receiving visas to travel to the United States and come after a conference was held this week in New York on the possible two-state solution to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The ANP is the internationally recognized state entity that partially administers the West Bank, established in 1994 following the Oslo Accords between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO).

In 2012, the UN granted it observer state status, but its autonomy depends on international aid and coordination with Israel, while 136 countries recognize the State of Palestine, although not the main Western powers
