Trump called for emergency meeting at the White House after Iranian attack on his air base in Qatar

After the Islamic Republic of Iran's retaliatory attack on a United States (US) military base in Qatar, President Donald Trump announced that he will convene an emergency meeting at the White House.
According to the agreement with CNN, the American mantario will meet with the US Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, and the Chief of Staff, General Dan Caine in the Oval Office, with the objective of defining the next steps to be taken in the face of the attack.
In this regard, Iran reacted to the US attack on its nuclear facilities, an operation that Trump had described as “very successful”.
The American president warned Iran not to retaliate by promising serious consequences, however, Iran launched the missile attack against the American airbase al-Udeid in an operation called “Announcement of Victory”.
The embassies of the United States and the United Kingdom in Qatar had issued statements recommending that citizens in the State take refuge there until further notice.
The spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry, Majed al-Ansari, condemned the Iranian attack, calling it a “violation of the country's sovereignty and airspace and of the United Nations (UN) charter”.
