TSJ declared constitutionality of the Organic Law of the 7 Transformations

This Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) announced, through its Instagram account, the constitutionality of the Organic Law of the Homeland Plan of the 7 Transformations, 2025-2031.

According to the publication, the Constitutional Chamber of the highest court makes the decision in accordance with Article 203 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and in its capacity as a “body that guarantees constitutional supremacy, responsible for verifying that organic laws meet the requirements established in the Constitution, ensuring their coherence with the national legal framework”.

The publication highlights that “this important law approved by the National Assembly (AN) contains the strategic guidelines that will guide Venezuela's course in the coming years, addressing key areas such as economic modernization, security and defense of the territory, social and political transformation, ecosocialism and the geopolitics of peace.”
