UICOM launches tenth cohort of the diploma course on liberating information

The International University of Communications (ICOM) initiated the tenth cohort of the Diploma in Communication for Liberating Information. “We have gone from a preparatory phase to start training leading to graduation this year,” said the rector of the institution, Tania Díaz.

He reported that soon they will begin two master's degrees related to the development of counterhegemonic thinking in communication and, in addition, “we will identify defense strategies against cognitive warfare”.

Díaz indicated that this tenth cohort is oriented to theoretical-practical knowledge, in order to reaffirm the main action of communicating, making us listen to that people in resilience, to learn from that communication that starts from the fact.

For his part, Professor Martín Augusto Román pointed out that a Diploma in Artificial Intelligence for Communication and Marketing is being developed. “This diploma course was designed so that you don't need advanced technological tools when using artificial intelligence.”

The UICOM authorities announced the opening of a training program for public institutions and companies in the Venezuelan State on management and leadership.

Both the diploma course and the seminar are part of the university's academic offer, so it invited the population to visit the website to opt for online workshops on different digital communication tools to undertake the task of communicating in the current times.
