Ukraine lost more than 68,000 soldiers during the failed incursion in Kursk

This Monday, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost more than 68,130 troops in the fighting in the Russian province of Kursk, Russia Today (RT) said.
The body indicated that the Russian Army eliminated more than 280 Ukrainian soldiers. It also destroyed two tanks, two infantry fighting vehicles and two armored transport vehicles, in addition to three unmanned aerial vehicle checkpoints and two ammunition depots, among other objectives.
In addition, the entity explained that more than 68,000 soldiers, during the fighting in the Russian province, Ukraine lost 396 tanks, 319 infantry fighting vehicles, 2,200 armored combat vehicles, 560 artillery weapons and 52 launchers of multiple rocket launchers, among other military equipment, the Russian ministry said.
“The operation to eliminate units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continues,” the Russian defense body stressed.
The President of the Federation, Vladimir Putin, announced that the situation in the province of Kursk is completely under the control of the Russian Armed Forces, and that the remaining Ukrainian troops in the territory are completely isolated and under total fire control.
“And if there is a physical blockade in the next few days, it will be impossible to get out at all, there will be only two paths: surrender or die,” said the head of state.
