This Tuesday, during the Urgent International Summit that seeks to stop the Israeli military offensive in Gaza, held in Bogotá, the United Nations special rapporteur, Francesca Albanese, urged to stop the genocide being committed by the Zionist entity in the occupied territories.
“It's very important to be here at a time that has proven to be historic. There is hope that this will move everyone present to define concrete actions, to protect the Palestinians and what little is left of Palestine,” said the UN rapporteur.
Regarding the one held this Tuesday in Bogotá, Albanese stated that “this is the testing ground for a system of freedom, rights and justice for all. Maintaining hope is a discipline that all of us must have.”
He also regretted that the European Union (UN) has not cut ties with Israel, while the Zionist entity continues to commit war crimes and murder children, women and the elderly in the occupied territories.
“The occupied Palestinian territory is hell. In Gaza, Israel has dismantled all humanitarian aid agencies, in order to displace and assassinate that they have marked to be exterminated,” he said.
