This Monday, the criminal trial against former President Donald Trump begins in New York City, United States (USA), on 34 charges related to a payment to an erotic actress.
According to information detailed by Telesur, Trump must appear in New York court to face accusations of falsifying business records in order to cover up an alleged sexual encounter with then-porn actress Stormy Daniels and thus not prejudice his election as president in 2016.
The tycoon is accused of irregular payments of 130,000 dollars to actress Stormy Daniels to buy her silence during the election campaign that led him to the presidency of the United States.
