Valencia Independent Film Festival will receive films until September 15

The 4th Valencia Independent Film Festival 2026 will keep the call open for the reception of national fiction, documentary, animation and music video short and feature films until September 15.

This was announced by the organizers during the official announcement of the event that took place at the Municipal Theater of Valencia, with the participation of representatives of the film and cultural sector, as well as filmmakers and communicators from Aragua, Carabobo and Yaracuy.

Mexico will be the guest country of honor and will feature film shows and talks, while the program will include workshops, exhibitions and panel discussions on the contemporary audiovisual industry.

Participating works may also be eligible for the public vote award and recognition of the cinematographic challenge.
