VenApp and Sistema 1×10 agree on a plan to streamline solutions in communities

In order to evaluate, prioritize and expedite attention to citizen reports through the VENAPP social care platform, the authorities of the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) and the 1×10 Good Governance system, together with the app team, held a working table this Saturday to expedite responses to citizen requests; the meeting was led by the head of the 1×10 system and Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Service, Juan José Ramírez Luces.

In addition, in order to establish new technological mechanisms that optimize fault resolution, Corpoelec deployed crews in more than ten states of the country to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in distribution networks.

Carabobo State

Guacara Municipality: Crews repaired the low voltage line of the Ciudad Alianza 1 circuit, on Nueva Valencia Avenue.

Sector El Samán: In addition, the technical staff normalized the voltage in this area of the Guacara municipality.

Anzoátegui State

User support: In order to respond to communities, the team deployed the Cayapa Plan together with nine distribution crews in Puerto La Cruz, Guanta, Barcelona and Lechería.

Guanta Municipality: In the Chorrerón area, technicians repaired the low voltage line in the 23 de Enero sector.

Simón Bolívar Municipality: In the same way, the workers carried out maneuvers to restore the electricity supply on 7th street in sector 2 of Boyacá 3, in Barcelona.

Miranda State

Independencia Municipality: The staff solved the fault in the electrical bridge associated with the Lozada 13.8 kV circuit.

Paz Castillo Municipality: Meanwhile, encapsulation and mitigation evaluations are progressing on the H210 switch at the Santa Lucía substation.

Other States

Portuguese State: The crews carried out corrective work on the Guanaguanare circuit in the Guanare municipality.

Falcón State: The technicians installed a spike insulator and repaired three broken lines in the Jadacaquiva circuit in the Santa Isabel sector, Carirubana municipality.

Lara State: In the La Antena community of Unión parish (Iribarren municipality), the team installed a new 50 kVA transformer.

Apure State: They also replaced a transformer in the Caramacate community of the San Fernando municipality.

La Guaira State: Workers replaced transformative equipment on 3rd Street in Las Granjas, Carayaca parish.

Aragua State: On the other hand, the crews changed a fallen pole on Ramón Narváez Avenue, on the CAVIM circuit of the El Limón substation (Mario Briceño Iragorry municipality).

Guárico State: Finally, they placed a 37.5 kVA transformer on the main street of the Los Bálsamos sector, in Valle de la Pascua.
