Authorities from the Venezuelan Tourism Company S.A. (Venetu r) and the tour operator Access Travel of Azerbaijan signed a strategic agreement that promises to strengthen tourist exchange between the two nations, as part of the International Business Roundtable 2025 that took place in the Polyhedron of Caracas.
During the successful closing of this alliance, led by the Minister of Popular Power for Tourism, Leticia Gómez, and the head of the Foreign Trade portfolio, Coromoto Godoy, they signed the contract whose main objective is to establish the rules and mechanisms of coordination, interaction, cooperation and solidarity to promote inbound and outbound tourism.
This step consolidates the vision of Venezuela as a first-rate destination and opens new doors for the arrival of visitors from Azerbaijan, while facilitating the promotion of Venezuelan beauty in the Eurasian market.
Likewise, the agreement represents an invaluable opportunity for both countries, since it allows the creation of innovative tourist packages and the cross-promotion of destinations, in a joint effort to energize the industry and offer unique experiences to travelers. In addition, it reaffirms the commitment to the development of the sector and the positioning of Venezuela on the global tourism map.
