Venezuela accumulates six medals in the Parathletics Grand Prix in Mexico

The Venezuelan parathletics team has accumulated six medals, two of them gold in speed and field events, within the framework of the three days of competitions of the Parathletics Grand Prix that is being held in Jalisco, Mexico.
The sprinter, Omar Monterola Verdu, won three medals, one gold in the distance of 200 meters in the T37 category, with a mark of 26.12 and two bronze medals, in the 100 meters flat T37 with 13.19 and in the shot of the T37 bullet with a best attempt of 11.68 meters.
The second gold medalist was José Castillo Morillo in the T1 class bullet boost , in which he won with a better shot of 10.09 meters. For her part, Bárbara Ávila won a silver medal in the double hectometer, but in the T36 category, with a time of 32.74. Greilyz Villarroel achieved the second silver metal in the 100 flat meters T12 with a time of 13.81, the Ministry of People's Power for Sports reported.
