Venezuela and Algeria reaffirm their willingness to deepen cooperation

The Foreign Minister of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yván Gil, reported that he held a telephone call with his counterpart from the Democratic and Popular Republic of Algeria, Ahmed Attaf, in which they reaffirmed their willingness to deepen cooperation, with the purpose of facing great common challenges for the benefit of their peoples.
This was announced by the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs through the social network X, in which he stressed that together with his African counterpart they made a brief review of the bilateral agenda, as well as talking about the current regional geopolitical situation.
Recall that Venezuela and Algeria have maintained diplomatic relations since 1971 and have signed more than twenty bilateral legal instruments, including agreements, memorandums of understanding and cooperation programs, in the political, cultural, energy, commercial, scientific, communication, transport, educational and electoral areas, among other areas of mutual interest, Venezuelan Television review.
