Venezuela and China review cooperation agreements in Caracas (+photos)

This Friday, January 2, the head of state of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, holds a meeting with the special envoy of the President of China, Xi Jinping, Qiu Xiaoqi, at the Miraflores Palace in Caracas.

“I am very happy to greet them. Thank you for the happiness. And to thank President Xi Jinping always for his brotherhood. Like an older brother. And his strong message as a leader for the world,” said the Venezuelan president, accompanied by the country's Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, and the Minister of People's Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil, after receiving the authorities.
