Venezuela and China sign cooperation agreement within the framework of the strategic alliance

The Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil Pinto, in connection with his visit to China, held a meeting with the Minister and Secretary of the Committee of the Communist Party of the Asian giant.

According to information published on the diplomat's Telegram channel during this meeting, a cooperation agreement was signed within the framework of the strategic alliance between these countries.

Foreign Minister Gil is in the People's Republic of China within the framework of the IV Ministerial Meeting of the China-CELAC Forum (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States).

The diplomat's work agenda included a meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, with whom he discussed “the expansion of the strategic alliance between China and Venezuela, and we reaffirm our joint commitment to moving towards a multipolar world.”
