Venezuela and China strengthen their tourism and cultural cooperation in Tianjin

As part of the Bilateral Tourism Management Seminar taking place in China, the Venezuelan delegation held a working meeting with the team of the Society for Culture and Tourism of the municipality of Tianjin, an entity responsible for managing, developing and promoting the local cultural heritage, events and tourism industry.

 

Tianjin's geographical location, urban landscape, community development that integrates old and modern, its cultural heritage and natural resources, such as oil, gas, salt, coal and geothermal energy, give it characteristics of inclusion, technology and diversity.

 

During the activity, the delegation learned about the cultural development of this city and the importance of including elements of daily life in metropolises in tourist routes. These experiences promote visits by travelers seeking urban tourism.

 

This meeting responds to the tourism cooperation policies signed between Caracas and Beijing to strengthen areas of special economic interest through cultural exchange and innovation.
