Venezuela and Kazakhstan strengthen ties of cooperation and friendship

This Thursday, May 08, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, held a meeting with his counterpart from Kazakhstan, Kasim-Yomart Tokaev, to strengthen ties of cooperation and friendship between the two countries, in different strategic areas.

During the meeting, which took place within the framework of the international work agenda developed by President Maduro from Moscow, Russia, the heads of state addressed various issues that maintain the commitments to sovereignty and social justice shared by both nations.

Venezuela and Kazakhstan have strengthened their diplomatic relations since the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, thanks to the geopolitical vision of Commander Hugo Chávez, which today continues to strengthen President Nicolás Maduro.

Both nations have maintained significant cooperation in different strategic areas such as energy, international politics and multilateral agreements.
