Venezuela and Russia strengthen opportunities for academic and cultural exchange

This Thursday, July 31, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, reported that he held a meeting with the First Advisor to the Rectorate of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andrei Nikolaevich Reshetnyak.
On his Telegram account, Gil explained that “during our meeting, we discussed opportunities for academic and cultural exchange between our sister nations.”
“Venezuela and Russia have forged a robust relationship based on mutual respect, friendship and a geopolitical alliance that promotes openness and understanding between our peoples, all framed in the values of multipolarity,” he said.
