Venezuela and Vietnam reinforce cooperation with the signing of five strategic alliances

This Thursday, April 18, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro and the Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tran Luu Quang, reinforced cooperation between the two nations with the signing of five strategic alliances.
At an event held at the headquarters of Petrleos de Venezuela in La Campiña, it was agreed to advance the integral and economic development of sister nations.
The above-mentioned strategic agreements signed by Venezuela and Vietnam are: the first is a strategic alliance for the construction of a new glass industry in Venezuela, with significant investment, which will allow the industrial projection of that sector in the world.
The second is a comprehensive work plan where Vietnam's cooperation with Venezuela in the area of agricultural production is agreed, to promote and develop training, research and technical-scientific and technological support in this area.
In the third agreement, the Vietnam and Venezuela alliance on oil and gas was ratified. As for the fourth, it is a commitment to the development of petrochemistry with great depth and for the joint benefit.
The fifth signed document is aimed at the development of telecommunications.
During the signing of agreements, the National President announced that both Hanoi and Caracas will make progress in other important areas such as tourism with direct Vietnam-Venezuela flights.
