Venezuela beat Japan and advanced to the 2025 Little League World Series International Semifinal

Juan Reyes threw a full game of 9 strikeouts without receiving while the offense earned 4 runs for Venezuela to beat Japan, advancing to the international semifinal in the 2025 Little League World Series.

Venezuela will face the winner of the match between China Taipei and Aruba next Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Volunteer Stadium during the international semifinal.

The Little League Cardinals hopes that their third shutout will also be the harbinger of a new game for the international title and, probably, in search of the absolute championship.

Juan Reyes was in charge of keeping alive the 18-inning streak without receiving a race for Venezuela at the start of the tournament.
