The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela strongly condemns the attack on the residence of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, which occurred during the night of December 28-29 in the Novgorod region.

This act constitutes an extremely serious terrorist act, which openly violates international law and directly threatens regional and international security. The deliberate use of far-reaching means against facilities linked to the head of state reveals reckless and criminal behavior, aimed at sowing chaos, political intimidation and global instability.

Venezuela expresses its full solidarity with the people and the Government of the Russian Federation, and demands the immediate cessation of terrorist actions that endanger the lives of civilians, the security of nations and the balance of the international system, reaffirming that terrorism, in any of its forms and pretexts, cannot be tolerated or justified under any circumstances
