Venezuela congratulated the new foreign minister of Honduras, Javier Efraín Bú Soto, on his appointment

This Thursday, December 26, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, on behalf of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, extended his congratulations to his counterpart from Honduras, Javier Efraín Bú Soto.

In his account on the social network Telegram, Gil specified that Bú Soto was appointed by Honduran president Xiomara Castro to lead the foreign policy of this sister country.

“We reiterate our willingness to maintain constant communication with the new foreign minister, with the objective of continuing to strengthen bilateral ties and promote unity in our Latin America,” the Venezuelan foreign minister emphasized in his message.
