Venezuela is in the top 3 of the medal table at the 2024 Ayacucho Bicentennial Bolivarian Games

Venezuela is in third place in the medal table of the 2024 Ayacucho Bicentennial Bolivarian Games, which are being held in Peru, with 5 gold medals.
The Creole delegation has 27 medals, of which 5 are gold (2 in billiards, 1 in bocce and 2 in weightlifting) 13 silver medals (10 in weightlifting, 2 in billiards and 1 in 3x3 men's basketball) and 9 in bronze (1 in billiards, 1 in bocce, 4 in weightlifting, 1 in power lifting and 2 in Taekwondo).
The medal table is led by Colombia with 24 gold medals, followed by the host country, which has 16 gold medals.
This special edition of the Bolivarian Games has the participation of 7 Bolivarian countries and 3 guests: Bolivia, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Panama, Peru, the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
The event will take place from November 28 to December 8, 2024, with the participation of more than 1,300 athletes who will compete in 22 sports and 33 disciplines.
