Venezuela is present at the World Health Assembly Region of the Americas

A Venezuelan delegation will present, at the 78th World Health Assembly Region of the Americas, in Geneva, Switzerland, the achievements and advances achieved in the field of health in our country, said Health Minister Magaly Gutierrez.
Through her Telegram channel, the head of the Health portfolio indicated that Venezuela's active participation in this assembly is an opportunity to share successful experiences and strategies, as well as to strengthen international cooperation in the field of public health.
“The Venezuelan delegation is made up of the Deputy Minister of Hospitals, Dr. Manuel Rodríguez; the Deputy Minister of Collective Health Networks, Dr. Jesús Osteicochea; and the president of Espromed BIO, Ana Sulbaran, have attended the official opening installation of the Assembly, where crucial issues for health development in the Americas will be addressed,” said the minister.
In this regard, Gutierrez stressed that the above-mentioned assembly will be held until May 27 under the slogan “A world united by health”. This important meeting, said the minister, brings together representatives from different countries to discuss and promote policies that improve public health in the region.
