100 days after the double earthquake of June 24, President Delcy Rodríguez reaffirmed that the Bolivarian Government continues to work with the People for the rebirth of Venezuela.

“From day one, from the first few hours, we have been present, caring for and accompanying affected families,” said Rodríguez, who presented a balance sheet of the joint work between the national government, regional and local authorities, and Venezuelan society to respond to the emergency, within the framework of the Venezuela Renace Plan.

Among the results, it reported that 2,422 homes have been rehabilitated and delivered in Caracas and other regions, while 700 new housing units were awarded in six states.

In addition, he specified that 20,083 homes are in the process of being rehabilitated and 7,336 people have been relocated, as part of actions to guarantee housing solutions to affected families.

The plan also contemplates the recovery of public services, infrastructure and productive activities, with funding for businesses, entrepreneurs and tour operators, especially in La Guaira.

Rodríguez ratified the commitment to continue the work to respond to the needs of the affected population.
