Venezuela organizes Latin American Cultural Festival in Belarus

The Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Belarus organized the third edition of the , which began last Wednesday and ends this Sunday, October 20, at the Palace of Children and Youth in the city Minsk.
According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the event was highlighted and thanked by the Belarusian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Evgeny Shestakov
The Deputy Minister also thanked the Venezuelan Embassy for its efforts, through its “Simon Bolivar” Latin American Cultural Center in Minsk. In turn, he considered very significant the celebration, for the third consecutive year, of this festival, which has become a tradition of the Belarusian capital; a space that allows its people to learn more deeply about the diverse culture of the Latin American region.
Meanwhile, the Venezuelan ambassador to Belarus, , stressed that it is a policy of the national Government to make Venezuelan and Latin American culture known to the world, since it is a symbol of peace and unity between the peoples that characterize the region. In addition, he recognized the work and dedication of all the co-organizers to ensure that, for four days, the inhabitants of the city of Minsk can appreciate Latin American music, dance, gastronomy, art and folklore.
Also present were diplomats from Cuba, Brazil, as well as the Honorary Consulates of Ecuador, Guatemala and Peru, accredited in Belarus. Together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this host nation, they held the cultural event together with the Executive Committee of the city of Minsk.
