Venezuela ratifies its commitment to labor rights at the International Conference of the ILO

A delegation from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela participated in the opening session of the 114th International Labour Conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO), held in Geneva, Switzerland, with the purpose of reaffirming the country's progress in labor coordination and productive development.

Venezuela, with its presence at this important meeting, ratifies the consolidation of an open, inclusive and institutional social dialogue in the nation, through joint work between the government sector, the employer and the trade union.

In this regard, the national representation, headed by the Deputy Minister of Labor, Rafmely Valera, reinforces its commitment to promote the comprehensive protection of labor rights and to promote productive and economic development throughout the country.
