Venezuela Renace Games brought together 250 young people at the Los Caracas camp

Some 250 boys, girls and adolescents participated in the Venezuela Renace 2026 Sports
Games, held at the Los Caracas Vacation City
temporary camp, in Naiguatá, La Guaira state, as
part of a day aimed at promoting recreation and the development of new sports talent.
The participants competed in dominoes, chess, shooting
sports, baseball 5, basketball 3x3, futsal, fencing, mini athletics and
karate, disciplines that also strengthened coexistence between families sheltered in this space.
The best performances will advance to the
municipal qualifiers, in which representatives from the Caracas and Miranda
temporary camps will participate.
The day was attended by the Minister of
Popular Power for Sports, Franklin Cardillo, and the governor of La Guaira, José
Alejandro Terán, who accompanied the development of the competencies.
Cardillo announced that soon the
dates of the 2026 Youth National Sports Games and the entities that will host them will be announced.
