Venezuela strengthens ties with the Communist Party of China

The Government of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela received this Sunday Wu Hansheng, a member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and minister of the Department of Social Work of the political organization.

The Deputy Minister for Latin America, Rander Peña, reported through a video on Telegram about the arrival of Hansheng, highlighting the presence of the ambassador of, Lan Hu. Peña specified that in the coming days a work agenda will be developed aimed at strengthening interparty relations.

On May 16, the National Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) held a meeting with the high-level delegation of the PCCH to consolidate cooperation and friendship between the two political groups. The meeting addressed issues such as solidarity, internationalism and anti-imperialism, principles shared by both organizations, according to a press release from Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).
