The 2026-I training period of the Venezuelan Academy of Agricultural Sciences (ACAV) began with a virtual day that brought together those who have access to the different training programs offered by the institution.

More than 300 people enrolled in degree courses in Advanced Studies and in Master's Agricultural programs, aimed at reinforcing knowledge related to research, production and land management.

During the meeting, the methodology that will guide the development of the academic period, based on the relationship between theory and practice, pedagogical monitoring and the use of digital platforms, was presented. The objectives of each program, the curricular structure and the evaluation mechanisms were also illustrated.

Diploma courses and agricultural programs are part of a strategy that seeks to consolidate talent with an agroecological and territorial approach, with the objective of strengthening productive systems through research and collective action.

As published by the Ministry of Popular Power for Science and Technology (MINCYT) With this promotion, the ACAV reaffirms its role as a training institution within the framework of the Great Mission of Science, Technology and Innovation Dr. Humberto Fernández-Morán, at the summit dedicated to the planting and conservation of national scientific talent.
