The ambassador appointed by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Kazakhstan, Rosalba Lo Bue Antico, presented her Credential Letters to President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, in a protocol ceremony held at the Acord a Presidential Palace in the capital Astana.

At the event, the Kazakh president congratulated the new ambassadors on the official start of the diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan and conveyed his best wishes and greetings to the heads of state, according to a press release published on the website of the Ministry of People's Power for Foreign Affairs.

“We follow a balanced, constructive and peaceful foreign policy. We believe that in the near future we will be able to achieve new results in our mutual cooperation with the States represented. I wish him success in his noble mission in Kazakhstan,” he said.

The appointment of Rosalba Lo Bue Antico, as ambassador of Venezuela to the Republic of Kazakhstan, concurrent to the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan, was formalized in the Official Gazette number 42,889, dated May 29, 2024.

The new Head of Mission is an international journalist and analyst, who speaks Russian as well as Spanish. He held diplomatic responsibilities at the Venezuelan embassy in Moscow and has postgraduate studies in economic development and international cooperation, international studies and diplomacy, and political science.
