As part of the Bilateral Tourism Management Seminar taking place in China, representatives of the Venezuelan tourism sector visited the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Sanya, in the province of Hainan, with the purpose of learning about experiences and management models applied to the hotel industry in that country.

During the tour, the participants exchanged knowledge with managers of the establishment, considered one of the most emblematic and exclusive hotels in the city, recognized for its offer of high-level services and its strategic location in the Dadonghai Beach area, according to a note from the Ministry for Tourism.

The meeting addressed strategies related to the hyperpersonalization of services, the integration of advanced technologies and the adaptation to new cultural and market trends, key elements for strengthening the competitiveness of the tourism sector.

The activity, which is part of the tourism cooperation actions between Venezuela and China, also allowed the Venezuelan delegation to learn about methodologies aimed at optimizing operations, improving customer service and generating greater economic benefits within hotel management.
