Venezuelan Lilibeth Chacón won her fourth Women's Vuelta a Colombia title

Venezuelan cyclist Lilibeth Chacón won her fourth title in the Women's Tour of Colombia 2026 this Sunday after an individual time trial that defined the general classification and confirmed her dominance in the international competition.
Chacón took the lead from the fourth start of the course and consolidated his position with a time of 4:41:08 in the main stage, which included the ascent to Alto de La Línea to complete 113.3 kilometers, according to a press release from the Ministry of Sport.
The Venezuelan extended the gap in the general standings after winning the fifth stage between Armenia and Santuario where she registered 2:50:12 and secured an advantage that she maintained until the final day.
The last stage was a 30-kilometer time trial between Ingenio Risaralda and Apía, where Chacón ranked second with 1:00:39 and was 36 seconds behind the winner Laura Rojas.
The result allowed the Venezuelan to close the competition with a cumulative score of 18:30:04 while the Colombian Angie Londoño finished second at 2:04 and Laura Rojas completed the podium with 18:32:19.
Londoño led the under-23 category accompanied by Zara Lamprea and Juanita Salcedo in second and third place respectively, while Chacón also led the standings by points with 60 points and the mountain classification with 41.
