Venezuelan rider Orluis Aular from the Team Caja Rural team took third place in the fifth and final stage of the Tour of Slovenia.
In the overall results, Aular ranked 23rd, followed by teammate Joel Nicolau in 24th place.
Aular said that he is very happy with the sensations throughout the lap. “Today was a day when we knew we could do well. The team worked hard to fight for the stage, but in the end Healy was very strong,” Team Caja Rural reported on its website.
The Venezuelan entered the top 10 in two stages, in the second season he was tenth and in the fifth he managed to climb to third place on the podium.
