Venezuelan parapower won three gold and two silver medals at the 2025 World Cup in Chile

The Venezuelan para-power team achieved an outstanding performance by winning three gold and two silver medals at the Parapan American World Cup, held this weekend in Santiago de Chile.

The gold medals won by Andrés Díaz (51 kg category) when he lifted 155 kg; the Paralympic medal in Tokyo 2020, Oriana Terán (50 kg category) with 95 kilograms and the experienced Carlos Betancourt (72 kg category) with an astonishing 171 kilogram lift.

In addition to this result, there are the silver medals won by Dilmary Oviedo (-45 kg) with a lifted weight of 85 kilograms and José Pérez (107 kg) when lifting 192 kilograms.
