Vice President Delcy Rodríguez inaugurated the 3rd International Coffee Meeting

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, said that in 2024 the country is already planning to produce 20 quintals of coffee per hectare, “and this is a number that we have been exceeding year by year.”

The information was provided in Simón Bolívar Park in La Carlota, in the state of Miranda, where the 3rd International Coffee Meeting was inaugurated, published by the Vice Presidency of the Republic, through its account on the social network X.

Rodríguez said that this figure “means that producers have joined the production of coffee in new states.”

“It has been incorporated precisely into this line that President Nicolás Maduro has summoned us, in a national union, which is to produce, to overcome criminal sanctions,” he emphasized.

He stressed that “Venezuela flourishing, Venezuela growing”.

In this regard, he specified that “more than 600 producers in the country and entrepreneurs were active for this international meeting and bringing their best samples”.
