The Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, stressed that the hope of humanity is found in the Peoples of the world.

In this sense, during the Meeting for a World Social Alternative, Rodríguez highlighted the example of the Republic of Cuba as a nation that, despite imperial blockades, fights and keeps hope alive.

“There is hope in humanity in Cuba, which has resisted decades of blockades and which serves as an example and a moral for the peoples of the world; there is also hope for humanity in the Palestinian People, despite so much cruelty and in the face of so much crime, and they have not given up defending their territory,” he said.

He also praised the strength of the Venezuelan people who day by day continue to stand up to give encouragement with morals and dignity and called for the creation of an anti-imperialist block against barbarism.

“We are at a time when barbarism is presented to us as something normal and everyday, we cannot allow it, we must rely on our historical roots because the best answer we can give is to organize ourselves as a block and make a great block of anti-imperialist defense for humanity,” he said.
