This Friday, during the master class at the beginning of the diploma course: Unilateral Coercive Measures promoted by the Ministry of Popular Hydrocarbons Power in Caracas; during the event, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, offered details of the theft of resources belonging to the State by the extreme right and assured that in the world “today 25% of oil production is sanctioned”.
“All our financial resources were frozen abroad to distribute the loot and worst of all, the theft of CITGO Petro Leum Corporation is the robbery of the century! When we explain it to foreign governments, they are amazed and amazed,” said the vice president and warned that what they do today to Venezuela “tomorrow to any country.”
Rodríguez stressed that “it is a blatant robbery on the part of the Bank of England and the National Assembly (AN) of 2015 served to steal assets from Venezuelans. It was quite a strategy of stealing the assets of Venezuelans, which is why the Anti-Blockade Law was created.”
He also added that the measures have meant crimes against humanity, because they affect everyone “and with an impact affecting social programs from 2014 to 2020, the drop was 99% of revenues, today there are 1,039 unilateral coercive measures aimed at the Venezuelan State.”
“Extremism said that this is only for 'Maduro and his henchmen', but it has been demonstrated that the impact has been for the entire country, the blockade against Petrleos de Venezuela CA (PDVSA) has meant a blockade of debt, confiscation of assets, sanctions against managers, partners, an asphyxiation of the country's main source of foreign exchange,” he said.
Likewise, the vice-president added that the empire's main weapon is focused on unilateral coercive measures. “More than 37,000 sanctions have been applied to more than 30 countries, and today 25% of oil production is sanctioned.”
