Vice President Rodríguez: Tour of China helped shield the national economy from blackmail and extortion

The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the agreements reached during the visit of the Bolivarian Government commission to China, pointing out that this will make it possible to protect the Venezuelan economy in times of sanctions and global tariff war.

“A very comprehensive tour, and above all, made it possible to reaffirm friendship and cooperation with China and to ratify the agenda of “Strategic Partnership At All Times and Every Test”, and it was decided to adapt this agreement to the 7 transformations of Venezuela so that our common cooperation agenda would also be this plan promoted by President Maduro,” said in Rodríguez in the program “With Maduro+”.

He added that Venezuela has its own economic project and has broken its dependence on the North American empire, while announcing new investments from China in the field of gas and oil to develop production fields and the strategic reserves of his nation.

“China-Venezuela cooperation becomes a powerful antidote to the imperialist trade war, a new way of presenting international relations of friendship, cooperation and brotherhood to the world, not subject to blackmail and imperial extortion,” he said.
