Vinotinto U17 is ready to start the International Promising Youth Tournament

The Vinotinto Under 17 under the command of coach Jhonny Ferreira will participate in the International Young Promising Tournament, which will take place from February 9 to 14, at the La Boutique Stadium and the Amadeo Nuccetelli High Performance Sports Center, both located in the city of Córdoba, Argentina.

The U17 national team, in addition to the tournament matches, will have a couple of friendly matches, for a total of seven rigorous tests as part of their preparation for the upcoming CONMEBOL U17.

The International Tournament will feature the participation of ten teams, divided into two groups. In Group A there will be: Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, Chile and the host, Club Atlético Talleres. While Group B is made up of Athletico Paranaense (Brazil), Paraguay, Ecuador, Bolivia and Uruguay, the Venezuelan Football Federation reports.

Each team will play four games in the group stage and one final match, which will determine their final position in the competition.

This international tournament will be the last major competitive challenge before the South American Under-17, which will be played in April under the organization of CO NMEBOL.
