Vinotinto U17 will face his Colombian counterpart in a friendly match

This Monday, March 17, the U17 national soccer team will face their Colombian counterpart in a friendly match.

The match will take place at the headquarters of the Colombian Football Federation in Barranquilla at 5 in the afternoon (Venezuela time).

Also, on Thursday, March 20, they will play their second friendly match. These matches are part of the preparation module, on the way to the South American Tournament of the category, which will be held in Colombia from March 27 to April 12 and which will offer places in the Under-17 World Cup in Qatar.

The Vinotinto Under 17, prior to their visit to Colombia, traveled to Paraguay where they also played two friendly matches, which ended in a 3-0 victory for Venezuela and a 1-1 draw.

A total of 10 national teams will participate in the South American Tournament from: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela, which will face each other first in the group stage. Subsequently, the two best teams in each group will advance to the semifinals.
