Vinotinto women's under-20 drew 2-2 against Ecuador in the third round of the South American finals

Venezuela's under-20 women's national team drew 2-2 against Ecuador in the third match of the final phase of the South American qualifiers.

The first goal came through Melanie Chirinos who equalized the score 1-1 at 45+5′ from the penalty spot.

The Criollas went up thanks to a goal from Fabiana Hernández at 46′, however, Ecuador equalized the score again with a penalty from Fiorella Pico 59′.

With this result, Venezuela is fifth in the standings of its group with 2 points, after 3 games played.

The Venezuelan women have one match left against Colombia, scheduled for February 25
