Water Ministry reactivated the Hato Viejo and Quiriquire wells in Yaracuy

The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Water Power (Minaguas), reactivated the Hato Viejo and Quiriquire wells, located in the Nirgua municipality, in the state of Yaracuy.
The activation of these two wells will provide vital liquid to 3,376 inhabitants of the Guerreros Jirajara Commune, represented by 23 Community Councils.
En the Hato Viejo well, the Multidisciplinary Water Team installed a 10-horsepower motor and pump, whose underground source generated a flow of 3 liters per second of water to serve 2,800 inhabitants of the Hato Viejo, Los Marines, Las Brujas and Barrio Las Latas sectors, according to a press release from Ministerio Minaguas.
For its part, in the Quiriquire sector, a 15 HP motor and pump were installed, guaranteeing a production of 12 liters per second of drinking water, for the care of 576 inhabitants in 13 sectors.
In this regard, the resident of Hato Viejo, Carlos García, expressed his satisfaction with the immediate response: “We are grateful for the rehabilitation of this water infrastructure in order to strengthen the vital liquid for the population.”
For his part, the resident of Quiriquire, Luis Bordones, commented that, through the policies of the National Executive, families were favored with improvements in the water system, thanks to the reactivation of the deep well.
“Thank God we have water, since this public service is essential for homes; president in charge Delcy Rodríguez, continue working so that it continues to bring the sum of happiness to the people,” she said.
This Concrete Agenda for Action by the Head of State in Charge is a sign that the Revolutionary Government continues to work with the objective of prioritizing collective well-being through more humane cities.
