Yaracuy is crowned champion of the women's softball qualifier after beating his counterpart Lara

The Yaracuy national team demonstrated its hierarchy in the diamond of the Martha Medina Stadium in Valencia, Carabobo state, by becoming champion of the women's softball qualifying tournament after beating its counterpart Lara in the grand final with a score of 4-2.
With this victory, the Yaracuyanas lead the group of seven states that sealed their pass to the National Youth Games, scheduled for the month of July, according to a press release from the Ministry of Popular Power for Sports.
In the match for third place, Aragua beat Carabobo 19-9 on the way to the maximum difference. The victory fell to Freymar Pérez and the setback went to Raymar Marrufo.
The fifth place in the tournament went to Portuguesa after dominating Anzoátegui 9-7, thanks to the monticular work of Natahalia Uzcátegui.
The most valuable player of the tournament was the Yaracuyan pitcher Nuriangelis Herrera, the Aragueña Yalianny Alvarado won the batting title and the Portuguese player Paola Viscaya commanded the boosters.
In the defense, the most outstanding were Yaracuya Yariaehysi Cadena (receiver), Carabobeña Anyeleyut Oliveros (first baseman), Portuguese Camila Peraza (infielder) and Neo-Spartan Daliannys Villarroel (oufielder), and the best pitcher was Yaracuya Brtineys Delgado.
With these results, the teams qualified for the National Games are Yaracuy, Lara, Aragua, Carabobo, Portuguesa, Anzoátegui, Nueva Esparta and Caracas as the venue for the competitions.
